Terms of Service
The legal agreement between you and UPCBuy. Short, fair, and written without lawyer-speak.
1. Acceptance
By placing an order on UPCBuy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. License granted
When your order is fulfilled, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable license to use the assigned UPC and EAN numbers for any product. The barcodes are yours forever — no renewals, no annual fees.
3. Uniqueness guarantee
Every barcode we deliver is globally unique and has never been assigned to another customer. We maintain strict pool integrity and run automated audits before fulfillment.
4. Marketplace compatibility
Our codes are accepted by Amazon (FBA, Seller Central, Vendor Central), eBay, Walmart, Etsy, Shopify, Google Shopping, TikTok Shop and most major retailers. UPCBuy is not affiliated with GS1; barcodes originate from authentic GS1-issued ranges and are fully scannable worldwide.
5. Customer obligations
You are responsible for ensuring barcodes are applied to the correct products and that your listings comply with each marketplace's rules. You may not resell raw barcodes as a standalone barcode service.
6. Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe in USD. Prices are inclusive of applicable transaction fees. We do not store card details.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: 30-day money-back guarantee on unused barcodes.
8. Limitation of liability
UPCBuy's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance.
